‘BHARAJ’ Hot Feed Extruders are ideally suited for
production of chords, strips, profiles, tubing, channels, treads and are especially designed for meeting the need for the efficient and quality extrusions. Our Extruders are fitted with two stage Helical gear box in place of Worm Reduction Gear Box for achieving high efficiency.
L/D Ratio, Scroll speeds and motor power other than given above on request.
For ‘HARD TO PROCESS’ rubber compounds, lower scroll speeds are provided with high motor power.
