the power consumption.
Mixing mill rolls are peripheralled
drilled in order to have the
best heating / cooling effect, ensuring
a better temperature control on the rolls.

Bharaj mixing mills are equipped with a specially designed hydraulic/mechanical stock blender to assist the operator in mixing the rubber material and chemical powder. It reduces the labour indulgence, provides safer working conditions, lowering the material temperature and speeding the mixing rate of the compound. The speed of the stock blender can be changed as per requirement irrespective of the roll rpm.
